Orders don’t normally get insurance when they are shipped. In 3.5 years only one package has been damaged in transit (none lost). If you want insurance you have to request it. That request MUST be included in the PayPal invoice (the notes area when you are submitting your payment). It’s the ONLY way to insure that this request will be fulfilled.
